About ordering
Products are scheduled to be shipped approximately 5 to 15 days after your order (payment) is confirmed and after inspection. Please note that it may take some time before the product is shipped. Please place your order with plenty of time to spare.
If you purchase multiple items, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
If the product you ordered is defective or out of stock, we will re-prepare the product if we can, or cancel and refund your order if we are unable to prepare the product or it is out of stock.

About shipping and delivery companies
Shipping will be by international mail via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
Once your item has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming your order, including your parcel number.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your parcel number.
Please use this to track your parcel using the parcel number.
Your order will be shipped as soon as all of the items in your order are available.
*We cannot accept requests to specify the delivery company, as this will be decided by our store based on the size and load of the product.
*It may take 1 to 2 days for the parcel number to be reflected.
About product packaging
Please note that due to the size and weight of the products, we pack them as compactly and simply as possible to reduce shipping costs.
Regarding receipts
We are unable to issue receipts, so please keep the order confirmation email etc. and use it.
Our store is not a registered qualified invoice issuing business.
Regarding order changes and cancellations
Please note that once your order (payment) has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Regarding incorrect delivery address, specified date and time
If you wish to change any information, please contact the delivery company directly with the parcel number that we will inform you of after your order has been shipped, and discuss the change of delivery address, date, or time.
Any transfer fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
Return of ordered items, refusal to receive, or return due to absence
We cannot accommodate returns due to customer convenience (such as "it's not what I expected" or "there are defects in the stitching").
Returned items will be stored in our store for approximately 5 days after arrival, but will be discarded after that time and refunds will not be available.
If you would like to have the returned item resent, it may take some time to process, but we will resend the item to you cash on delivery.
What's in the box?
In order to protect the natural environment by going paperless and to protect personal information, we minimize the issuance and enclosing of unnecessary documents.
Contact and inquiries
We will contact you by email to keep track of your notifications and inquiries. We will also send emails to confirm your order and to contact you (about out-of-stock items or products), so please set up an email address where you can receive emails.
We do not accept inquiries by telephone.
Size Information
The published sizes may vary by approximately 1cm to 3cm depending on the design and part of the body.
Due to the nature of highly elastic cut and sewn and knit products, individual differences of more than 3 cm are acceptable.
Please note that even if you purchase the same size of the same product, there may be individual differences due to the production process.
About the smell
All products sold in our store are brand new and are deodorized before shipping, but they may have a slight odor during transportation. If this occurs, please dry them in the sun.
About Color
The product images shown are adapted to be as close as possible to the actual product.
The image may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the environment and lighting of your monitor, but these slight differences are considered to be within the scope of specifications.
